They are semi-permanent and will fade over time.

They have a hot pink that will actually turn out to be a peach-ish color.

But if you really want to go all out, RAW has an electric pink. The solution looks red, and it will smell like Dr. Pepper, but trust me, it's hot pink when it's out of the bottle.

That will have a much better effect, although there's not really a way you can get intense color, without risking it being there for longer than you expected.

ok, for this look, apply a frizz free gel or leave in cream of your choice. *don't use a wavy or curly hair cream, these will create big waves and curls and we're going for subtle. blow dry your hair with a medium sized round brush and "finger comb" don't focus to much on getting it straight, you want to leave some naturally wavy!

Lightening hair is permanent. Only go blond if you're willing to keep it up. It grows out fast. I'd recommend getting highlights first to see if you like it. You can add more highlights gradually and it'll look more natural.

When I went from blonde to brown, they said my hair would be purple for 2 days...it was...then it was the right color after 2 days...but at a salon they will still let you know..the brown over bleaching will fade.

Clairol Natural Instincts has a really nice line of level 2 hair dyes. That generally means that they will wash out in 28 washes. I'd use caution though, because since she's dying it darker, it won't wash out as quickly as it says. Darker dye may even permanently color it so that it would need a harsher coloring agent to return it to her original color. Also, maybe try a line of washouts called Pulse. They're available at most places like walmart or target. I think they have it in black and it's designed to be much more temporary than other dyes if I remember correctly. Good luck!

First off, don't do it, I know you are thinking you are going to get it done no matter what, but I'm still going to tell you this, you can't use and store bought products to try and dye it, it WILL come out an abnormal color! You have to get it professionally done! It needs to be bleached, but everyone looks best with the color God gave them, I would suggest sticking with that. Get Blond highlights as a starter and then work your way, if you REALLY want to do that.

If your hair is already too blonde you cannot strip it, because that will cause it to lighten even more. Use a semi permanet hair color a couple shades darker and give your hair a break.

either one would be ok, You don't want to go platinum blonde with Tan skin, it will make your skin look really dark dried out. I say go for a honey blonde or a light golden brown. Or if you really want a more dramatic look that will make your eyes stand out, go for a medium to dark brown!

I agree, (the dyed blond hair) it doesn't look natural and demeans our natural beauty. It's just that people tend to conform to the Eurocentric idea of beauty. It goes back to slavery and the whole "house slave" /"field slave" mentality. I think more people should feel good and proud in their own skin. I would suggest a brown tone. You could get a darker brown, lighter, honey, any color that is a sortof mix of brown. Because brown will brig out your blonde hair more, and its a nice contrast, but not bold and unnattractive. Brown tones will complament your blonde hair and blue eyes, and brring them out more, but still give you something different.
