Hi. I have naturally light blond hair and I am looking to get a hot pink streak in the front- kind of like the one Avril Lavigne has/had. I don't want to completely ruin my hair and need something fairly cheap, cost-wise. I DO have a Sally's Beauty Supply near my house. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE MY HAIR PERMANENTLY PINK AND THE LONGEST I WANT A STREAK IS ABOUT 1 AND 1/2 MONTHS MAYBE 2. Thanks SOOOOOOOOOO much!!!!!!

manic panic. it will stay in for 2-3 weeks depending on how much you wash it and costs no more than $20 for the bottle of pink and the bottle of sealer. just DONT get the black manic panic because as it washes out it turns all different colors including puke green lol. but the pink just fades and you can redye as many times as you want. It doesnt damage your hair too bad either.

There's a brand called Special Effects that produces unnatural hair dyes.
They are semi-permanent and will fade over time.
They have a hot pink that will actually turn out to be a peach-ish color.
But if you really want to go all out, RAW has an electric pink. The solution looks red, and it will smell like Dr. Pepper, but trust me, it's hot pink when it's out of the bottle.
That will have a much better effect, although there's not really a way you can get intense color, without risking it being there for longer than you expected.
