Professional hair colorist dyed my dark blond hair red/auburn.?

My hair was originally dark blonde, now it is reddish/auburn. I spend a great deal of time out in the sun, and wanted to know how this will affect my new color. I am not concerned that the hair will lighten. (it's a bit too red for me) but I am scared that it will turn orange. HELP.

going out in the sun won't turn it orange. i am a full trained hairdresser, and the only way it can be discoloured if you go swimming, less than 24 hours after it has been dyed. dont worry, and go and enjoy the summer in the sunshine!

Fancyfull at best if it all goes awry. It works great. Of course toner packages should tell you with guided color codes. Good luck. This is better a question answered by your stylist only a phone call away though.

Hi - time out in the sun will lighten your hair no matter what color it is and especially true for people with red pigmentation is you hair , right now you can do anything about it maybe try sun-in hair lightening spray , or you could get an ash color to try and fix your hair --and then you can opt for no sun , or the big beach hats are pretty cool now, chances are it will turn red because it is color treated ,

Red hair color fades the fastest, sun or not. To slow the process, keep hair covered in the sun, or tanning booth. Also, use luke warm to cool water to wash your hair. Hot water will fade it faster. It shouldn't turn orange, but it may lose it's luster.
