so my hair is borwn, and last night i dyed it useing just a really light blond hair kit you buy at the drug store, i think it tutned out orange, and i want it like really really light blond but it seems orange to me, what should i do!... i hate it like this i dont wanna go out haha

You should really let a professional do these kinds of things...i hate it when i do things on my own and they don't turn out the way i had planned.......but just go to a barber and let them do it for you....you'll be glad that you did and you'll love the results!

I recomend going to a PROFFESIONAL (like good one, not Fanatstic Sams or whatver) hairdresser and getting help.

They'll probably be able to help and change it either back to your normal color or the color you want.

1st off, tie your hair up and put on a hat.

then go to the local drugstore and get "color oops"

it takes the colro all out!!

then make a hair appoitnment to dye it.

put your hair in a bun and cover it with a bun and go to your hair stylist to have it colored the way you want it

when hair is dyed, it travels through stages of color. Starting out dark, then to a brassy stage, then to pale yellow (blonde). You are still in the brassy stage, either you didnt leave it on long enough or you didnt use a strong enough peroxide.

this happens cause you're hair was two dark now Ive done this before there is two options you can wait for the red two fad it well take about a week or 2 or you can go back to the store and get more blonde dye and dye the red part since it is now light enough to dye also you could go to the salon were they well be able to fix it for sure it just cost a lot of money but I'm gonna let you in on a little secret if you have a beauty school in you're area go there the people are nice and it cost only around 30$ sometimes less instead of like 90$ plus it's just as good hope everything turns out good.

if u don't have the cash 2 get it professionally done and u don't trust hair products again...U can peroxide it tho it could potentially dry ur hair out so much that it's like straw...In that case u could just get some tressemme and revive it and u'd still be blonde! But i'd just get all the coloring out of it like that girl said and buy a different kit. It should say on the box how it will react to certain hair colors...Obviously ur hair color wasn't one of the preffered.

If you want to go bleached blonde, I would say the first step would be BLEACHING IT. Be advised, it'll probably look worse than that yucky orange color, but your hair WILL NOT turn blonde if you DO NOT BLEACH. Becase DYE can only lighten hai one shade, no more.
