my friend has green eyes and it always seems that reds, oranges, and pinks make her eyes "pop". as for make up, i would use those colors, but try light tints.

i would add some green or blue colors to your wardrobe, that normally helps with making your eyes 'pop'. also for makeup try some try some neutral colored eyeshadow with sparkles-like a whitish- with some darker on the edges of your eyes. i do that a lot and it looks really good. also, try some darkbrown/black mascara. i use maybelline define-a-lash mascara its really nice, and its only about $6-7.
p.s.if you want to make your eyes look brighter, wear lighter green. if you want them to look darker, wear lighter green!

bright pink / cerise type stuff clothes wise and although you're a bit too young brown kohl pencil under your eyes and a triangle of white in the inner corners will make your eyes stand out hope your dad knows your'e doing this!!!
