you will need a bleach you can use a kaleidacolor (comes in powder form) with a 20 developer..mix equal parts...once finished find a toner with a blue base..that will take the orange out...remember if your hair is dark it has stages of lifting and a orange will appear b4 a blonde.. so it also depends on how long you leave it on. from a professional

you have to take it in steps and it takes time.My hair is dark brown and I wanted to go blond but it came out orange.You have to dye it a lighter color and wait a few weeks then dye it the color you want.lol,I just went with blueblack instead.

if your hair is really dark you ahve to bleach multiple times. if you used a powdered bleaching agent i would suggest using a 30 or 40 developer (because you wont be putting it on your scalp) and 2 bleachings. if you used a 20 like it says then it may take 3 bleachings. dont do them consecutivly. every 3 days and condition between bleachings. possibly a strong leave in or a hair damage repairer. i used to use beyond zone damage repair leave in conditionar. works great for repairing bleach damage and its cheap.

Ok.. if you have short hair.. when you apply the bleach to the hair use a comb and comb it just thru your tips.. once the beach is in.. put a shower cap on your head.. and sit under a heat sorce or in the sun.. and check your hair every 10 mins.. until lightened to your desired blone then shampoo out..
