I have dark brown hair which is highlighted blond all over. I have had the highlights for 4 months. Can i now use a DIY kit to dye it brown??

Sure. I have done it before. But if you decide to go back to blonde, it will be harder to lift the dye.

are the highlights bleach?? if so the dark color will only be temporary.. you can do it but it will eventually wash out..

yeah just be careful because sometimes the blonde wont turn out the same color.

I wouldn't recommend redying your brown hair that has blonde highlights. Repigmenting your hair is usually necessary. I just went through this and if you want the color to be even you need to dye the highlights darker before. It is much easier just to pay for a professional to do it!
