pitch black eyebrows just THROWS OFF platinum blond hair, is there any safe way to lighten them, dont go all cosmetologist on me and **** lol, im on a budget here, i could buy some product but thats it for now, what can i do? (:

OK DO NOT put the same shiz on your eyebrows as you put on your hair. Sally Hanson makes a cream facial hair bleach which is much milder for your face. It in cream form so you don't have to worry about getting it in your eye or over processing the color or burn your face.

some peroxide would bleach them, just use a q-tip and be VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL to not get it in your eye

Go to a salon and have them done professionally. It's not too expensive and much better than doing it yourself and risking getting the dye in your eyes.
