The best way I know of is using a packet of powder bleach (which will run you $2.50 - $5.00 depending on where you live) and a bottle of liquid developer -- 20 - 40 volume (which is usually about $5.00)

Make sure you have on disposable gloves:

1. Pour the powder into a disposable bowl.

2. Add the creme/ liquid developer.

3. Mix well, until all is combined and allow it to sit for about one minute.

Add the bleach in any style you like 1. for streaks pull a small amount of hair apart and run some bleach throughout it and wrap it in foil (or use a streaking cap --for more precise streaks) 2. comb through the bleach little by little into your hair to become fully blond (but do it fast, the bleach dries fast and then becomes difficult to work with.)
