I have arm hair. I know thats disgusting but what ever. Anyways i bleached it blond but now my skin color is really white where i bleached it. Anyways is that bad and how can i change my skin color back?

You'll live, your skin should return to its normal colour in a day or 2 as long as you havent chemically burnt it. Blonde hair on ya body shoes up worse than dark hair, it glistens in the sun.

well yeah that is bad you can get skin cancer, but you can put some sun tan lotion on and go out side and get a tan.
