Black and Blond Hair?

I Had long blond hair but decided I wanted the Top black, However the black dye ran onto the blond and turned it blueish, So I left it a few hours and did it again. Again the dye ran and the blond is blue again. Baisically I'm wondering how long I should leave it to dye the blue blond with out the black running over it. Also ig it is even possible to have both hair colours.

Of course it's possible to have both haircolors (have you ever stepped outside?), you just have to do it properly. Apply some sort of Vasoline or conditioner on the blonde parts (don't rub them in, it should still be wet) and it won't stain it. If you're dyeing the blonde part back to blonde, you're going to need bleach, and you need to PULL YOUR BLACK HAIR UP. You should have done that in the first place. After you put on the black, pull the black part up and when you wash it, cover the blonde hair with something, or wash your hair while bending over, so you only get the black parts. Hope this helps.

Personally, I think it looks ugly to dye your hair black on top of blonde, I've seen it and I don't really like it.
