I have dirty blond hair %26amp; about 3 months ago I had light blond highlights put in. Now I want to be lighter blonde all over. Will my hair turn weird colors going lighter even if I had highlights from 3 months ago? I want to use a box color because I don't have much money. Any advice?

I would definitely deep condition for a bit before you do that because blonde colors strip pigment from hair, making it extremely fragile. Your hair should be in excellent shape any time you want to lighten.

peroxide and water use it daily dont use bleach cos it makes brittle and splitters

You could end up with a lot of breakage because going lighter means using harsh chemicals on your hair. Be sure to follow box instructions carefully, and put the box color on your new growth first for however long the box tells you to, then put the color all over and wait the remaining time.

Be sure whatever color you choose that it is NOT ASH blond because I tried that and when I went swimming my hair turned green from the chlorine! The salon couldn't get the green out without stripping all the color out of my hair first and coloring again on top of that (called a two-step color process). My hairdresser told me they have more problems with Ash colors than any other because of the tendency to turn green. My hair was really fragile afterward and I ended up cutting it all off because the breakage was so bad.

Well you highlights that you have will just get lighter as long as its been 1 month atleast between the high lights and now you'll be just fine.
